The file contains system descriptions of the well-known 74XXX/ISCAS85 combinational benchmarks. Each circuit is a network of logic gates with a number of input/output ports. In the scenarios values will be given to all input/output ports. Note that these are weak-fault models, i.e., each gate is either functioning normally, or it fails, but it may fail while still computing a correct output value. Wires, junctions, and input/output ports do not fail (the faults will include logic gates only). These system descriptions use the XML schema from the industrial track.
